　 Registration consists of: (1) Real Property Registration,which publicly records the actual condition of property and the rights involved; (2) Commercial and Corporation Registration that publicly notifies certain matters in a registry to clarify the existence of a company and corporation; (3) Registration of Assignment of Claims that creates a path for the simple capacity to provision the perfection requirements for the assignment of claims conducted by judical persons; (4) Registration of Assignment of Movables that publicly notifies assignment of movables conducted by juridical persons in a registry; and (5) Adult Guardian Registration that publicly announces civil guardianship, curatorship and assistance.
