Registration -Registration of Assignment of Claims-

　The Registration of Assignment of Claims system records the perfection of assigned monetary claims against third parties other than the obligor. In order to assert the assignment of monetary claims against third parties, in principle, the obligor must be notified with an instrument bearing a certified date, or the obligor’s consent must be obtained. If a juridical person assigns a monetary claim, the assignment can be asserted against third parties through registration of assignment of claims.
