The members discussed the issues for the Civil Code (law of obligations) Reform based on Material No.64-3 and 65. Concrete issues discussed were as follows:

·          The doctrine of changes in circumstances (clausula rebus sic stantibus, the doctrine that an agreement is inapplicable because of fundamental changes in circumstances)
