  Members discussed issues for reforming the Civil Code (law of obligations) based on Materials No.36 (distributed at the 41st meeting) and No.39 (distributed at the 46th meeting). Concrete issues discussed are as follows.

   1  Among “Indivisible claims,” Provisions same as joint and several obligation (Material No.36, Part I, 1(3)(b)).

   2  Among “Indivisible claims,” Effect of the causes accruing with regard to one of the indivisible obligees (Material No.36, Part I, 2(2)(c))

   3  Among “Joint and several claims,” Provisions same as indivisible claim (Material No.36, Part I, 2(3)(b)).
