  Members discussed issues for reforming the Civil Code (law of obligations) based on Material No.31 (distributed at the 33rd meeting), No.32 (distributed at the 34th meeting), and No.35 (distributed at the 39th meeting). Concrete issues discussed are as follows.

   1 Effects vis-à-vis a person other than the obligor (a person holding the right to invoke prescription) (Material No.31, Part I, 3(2))

   2 Limitation of the period of time for the right to alter legal relations (Material No.31, Part I, 5(1))

   3 Other extinctive prescription of property rights (Material No.31, Part I, 5)

   4 Influence to acquisitive prescription (Material No.31, Part I, 5(2))
