When the security warning panel is displayed, make sure if the ActiveX is provided by a publisher you trust
(in this case, International Business Machines Corporation), and press Yes button.
  1. Press OK button for the information bar notification panel.
  2. When the information bar appears, click on it and choose "Install ActiveX control."
  3. If you are asked to install software, make sure if the ActiveX is provided by a publisher you trust (in this case, International Business Machines Corporation), and press install button.
