　The Registration of Assignment of Movables system records the perfection of the assignment of movables against third parties through registration in order to facilitate the procurement of funds utilizing movables held by companies, such as inventory, mechanical equipment and livestock. In recent years, there have been efforts to promote asset-based lending (ABL) by utilizing various movables such as inventory, mechanical equipment and livestock held by a company as collateral. Thus, the use and importance of the registration of assignment of movables is increasing.
