Justice Minister Kawai received a courtesy call from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia.

  Justice Minister Kawai received a courtesy call from Mr. Carlos Holmes Trujillo, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia on October 23, 2019.
 
  The Minister welcomed Minister Trujillo to the Ministry of Justice of Japan and explained the outline of the 14th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, which is to be held in April 2020 in Kyoto.
  The Minister also encouraged high-level representatives from Colombia to participate in the Kyoto Congress.
