Courtesy Visit to the State Minister of Justice by the Secretary of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL)

　On 26 November 2025, Mr. MITANI Hidehiro, State Minister of Justice of Japan, received a courtesy visit by Ms. Anna Joubin-Bret, Secretary of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). 

　State Minister Mitani and Ms. Joubin-Bret reaffirmed to further strengthen mutual cooperation on the rulemaking in the field of civil and commercial law including dispute resolution system such as international arbitration and mediation.
