Courtesy Visit to the State Minister of Justice by the participants of the 2nd ASEAN-Japan Criminal Justice Seminar

　On December 16, 2025, Mr. MITANI Hidehiro, State Minister of Justice of Japan, received a courtesy visit by the 25 participants of the 2nd ASEAN-Japan Criminal Justice Seminar organized by the United Nations Asia and Far East Institute for the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders (UNAFEI). 
 
　State Minister Mitani welcomed the participants and expressed his wish that the seminar would prove fruitful through discussions on the challenges facing Japan and ASEAN countries, and that the bonds forged during this seminar would become an asset for the future.
