Courtesy Visit to the Minister of Justice by the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Japan.

　On April 13, 2026, Mr. HIRAGUCHI Hiroshi, Minister of Justice of Japan received a courtesy visit by H.E. Ms. Julia Longbottom CMG, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Japan.

　Minister HIRAGUCHI welcomed Ambassador Longbottom, and they agreed to strengthen their cooperation to promote the rule of law in the international community. They also exchanged their views on promoting cooperation in the field of legal affairs and justice between the United Kingdom and Japan.
