State Minister of Justice’s Visit to Ukraine

  Mr. MITANI Hidehiro, the State Minister of Justice, visited Ukraine on July 21, 2026. During the visit, State Minister Mitani met with H.E. Mr. Denys Maslov, the Minister of Justice of Ukraine, H.E. Mr. Dmytro Myhailenko, Deputy head of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC), H.E. Mr. Semen Kryvonos, Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), H.E. Mr. Oleksandr Klymenko, Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO), and H.E. Dr. Galyna Mykhailiuk, Co-Head of Ukraine’s Group on Inter-Parliamentary Relations with Japan, etc.
  State Minister Mitani exchanged views on cooperation in the field of law and justice, including the legal technical assistance concerning Ukraine in the meetings.
  State Minister Mitani laid flowers at St. Michael's Monastery and the Wall of Remembrance of the Fallen for Ukraine before the meetings.
