Justice Minister delivers a speech at a ceremony

　On December 10, 2020, Justice Minister Kamikawa participated in the “launching ceremony of the JICA project in the period of 2021-2025”. This ceremony was held online from Hanoi, Vietnam and Japan.
　Following the speech by H.E. Le Thanh Long, Minister of Justice of Vietnam, Minister Kamikawa delivered a speech and extended her congratulations for launching the new project. In addition, Minister Kamikawa emphasized the importance of the legal technical assistance and the strong partnership between the two countries, having developed over 25 years and continuing to the future.
