Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Justice of Japan Meets with the Administrator of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)

 
 Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Justice KADA Hiroyuki met with Mr. Achim Steiner, Administrator of the UNDP at the Ministry of Justice on July 14, 2022.
 
 Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Justice Kada welcomed UNDP Administrator Steiner, and expressed his respect for the UNDP for its continued efforts in promoting the initiatives to achieve the sustainable development goals (SDGs).
 
 In addition, the Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Justice spoke enthusiastically about the collaboration in the field of law and justice between Japan and the ASEAN member states, which is to be further intensified by the Japan-ASEAN Special Meeting of Justice Ministers for next year. The Parliamentary Vice-Minister also requested the UNDP Administrator to provide support for the Special Meeting of Justice Ministers.
