Justice Minister held an online meeting with Justice Minister of Ukraine
On April 27, 2023, Minister Saito had an online meeting with H.E. Mr. Denis Malyuska, Minister of Justice of Ukraine.
Minister Saito reiterated that “Japan stands with Ukraine,” and the two Ministers exchanged views on the future cooperation between the Justice Ministries of Ukraine and Japan in the field of law and justice.
Minister Saito and Minister Malyuska confirmed that Japan will support Ukraine “build back better” through assisting in their rebuilding efforts in the field of law and justice, making use of the longstanding knowledge and experience of Japan’s legal technical assistance.
