Courtesy Visit to the Minister of Justice by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan
On March 7, 2024, Minister KOIZUMI Ryuji received a courtesy visit by H.E. Mr. Bakhtiyor Saidov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Minister Koizumi welcomed Minister Saidov and exchanged views with him on the cooperation between Japan and Uzbekistan in the field of law and justice, support for technical intern trainees and specified skilled workers from Uzbekistan to Japan, and so forth.
They agreed to further enhance mutual understanding and cooperation between the two countries while working together steadily in the field of law and justice according to the plan of joint activities signed by the Ministry of Justice of Japan and the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan in January this year.
