Press ID badges will be distributed near the entrance of the Venue during the Forum. When receiving the press ID badges, following items need to be presented.
※We recommend that the representatives of the Press receive press ID badges on behalf of their staff / journalists if possible.
Press staff / journalists are required to wear the press ID badges at all the time during the Forum. In addition, for security reasons, those who are in the Venue may be asked to present their proof of ID, and therefore press staff / journalists should also carry it all the time. Please note that those without a press ID badge or a proof of ID will not be allowed to cover the Forum.
Application for and issuance of press ID badges do not support or guarantee the acquisition of a visa to entry into Japan.
Press staff / journalists accompanying the delegation of a certain country should also register their names and email addresses through Press Registration Form. Please note that those who have registered through the delegation registration form will not be able to cover the Forum as a press.
