Accommodation Information
(for Oversea Participants)

For the Kyoto Congress, the Ministry of Justice has secured accommodation in Kyoto City which is rented either in its entire hotel or on a floor (hereinafter referred to as "Designated Hotel") for conference participants who are subject to the "Special Measures for Entry into Japan for Participants of the Kyoto Congress from Abroad" (hereinafter referred to as "Oversea Participants").

Special Notice on Accommodation for Oversea Participants (Important!)

From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of COVID-19 infection, please note the following points:

As a general rule, Oversea Participants must stay at a Designated Hotel.
Oversea Participants are prohibited from leaving Designated Hotels for any purpose other than for the Kyoto Congress.
Participants from within Japan, including delegates and official attendees, cannot stay at a Designated Hotel (excluding floors other than those rented in a Designated Hotel).

About Designated Hotels

Oversea Participants will be informed of their Designated Hotels and rooms to stay after their applications for reservation are accepted and allocation of accommodation is completed.
Please note that Designated Hotels and rooms are limited so you may not be able to stay at a hotel or room with a grade of your choice.

Please be sure to give us a contact at the address below. We will send you a booking sheet in response to your mail. Please reply during the reservation period above after filling in the necessary information, such as guest's name and length of stay.
