Transportation Information
(for Domestic Participants)

  • During the Kyoto Congress, participants from within Japan, including delegates and other official attendees, (hereinafter collectively called "domestic participants") are encouraged to use public transport to travel to the Kyoto International Conference Center.
  • It is fast and convenient to take the subway for transportation between Kyoto station or hotels in Kyoto city and the Kyoto International Conference Center. It takes about 20 minutes by subway Karasuma Line from Kyoto station to the nearest station (Kokusai Kaikan Station) of the Kyoto International Conference Center.

  • During the Kyoto Congress, the free shuttle bus provided by the host country is reserved for participants from overseas only. Domestic participants are not allowed to travel on shuttle buses that are limited to oversea participants.
  • Please note that during the Kyoto Congress, parking spaces on the site of the Kyoto International Conference Center can only be parked by registered vehicles.
