The International Affairs Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Justice, has established an official Instagram account (hereinafter referred to as “this Account”) in order to further enhance its public relations concerning the Youth Forum and other youth related initiatives. Through this Account, the International Affairs Division will provide information on activities and events relating to youth.　 　　
To ensure that users are not misled or confused by the information provided through Instagram, the Operational Policy for this account is established as follows.

As a general rule, posts will be made by an official on an irregular basis, as necessary, during office hours (9:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. on weekdays).
However, posts may also be made outside these hours when necessary.

(1) As a general rule, we do not respond individually to opinions, comments, inquiries, or other communications submitted through comments or similar functions on this Account.
(2) As a general rule, this Account does not post comments. However, comments may be posted, when necessary, on accounts operated by the national government, local governments, or organizations and institutions of a public nature.
(3) If any inconvenience or operational issue arises in connection with this Account for any reason, operation of the Account may be suspended without prior notice, and posted content may be modified or deleted, or the Account itself may be deleted.
(4) Content posted through this Account may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission, except where permitted under copyright law, such as reproduction for private use or quotation, or where the content is shared through Instagram's repost function without modification and with clear attribution to the source.
(5) This Operational Policy may be revised without prior notice.

(9) Any other Activities that the operating organization of the Account reasonably considers inappropriate.

This Operational Policy takes effect on 26 June 2026.
