Must I accept visitation or other contact with a child?

チルドレン・ファースト
Visitation or other contact with a child is an activity that is in the best interests of the child, considering the child as a top priority and respecting the child's feelings, schedules, and daily routines. Even if parents divorce (or separate), it does not change the fact that both parents are irreplaceable to the child.
However, this does not apply to cases where visitation or other contact with a child is contrary to the best interests of the child, such as when there is the risk of physical or mental violence or other harm that might be caused by the other parent.
