If there is a notarized agreement that satisfies certain requirements, you can use procedures of compulsory execution in a district court based on the notarized agreement. When filing a petition for compulsory execution, where the petitioner does not know what property the other party owns, (1) Property Disclosure Procedure and (2) Procedures for Acquiring Information from a Third Party may be used.
