There is a notarized agreement

チルドレン・ファースト
If there is a notarized agreement that satisfies certain requirements, you can use procedures of compulsory execution in a district court based on the notarized agreement. These are the procedures to collect the unpaid portion of the child support from the property of the other party, for example, the salary paid to the other party.

When filing a petition for compulsory execution, where the petitioner does not know what property the other party owns, (1) Property Disclosure Procedure and (2) Procedures for Acquiring Information from a Third Party may be used.
