District court procedures for collection

チルドレン・ファースト
If, as a result of conciliation or arbitration by a family court, it is decided that child support must be paid but is not performed by the other party, the compulsory execution procedures may be commenced. These are the procedures to collect the unpaid portion of the child support from the property of the other party, for example, the salary paid to the other party.

When filing a petition for compulsory execution, where the petitioner does not know what property the other party owns, (1) Property Disclosure Procedure and (2) Procedures for Acquiring Information from a Third Party may be used.
