A record of conciliation or written ruling of adjudication on domestic relations

If you request the family court for a recommendation of performance, the family court will either recommend performance or attempt to persuade the other party to perform according to the terms of the agreement. This procedure is free of charge.

You may also use a compulsory execution procedure in a district court with a record of conciliation or written ruling of arbitration on domestic relations. If necessary, consult a lawyer when you consider this procedure.
