２０２５年６月２３日から、フィリピン及びネパール国籍の方の在留資格認定証明書交付申請時における結核非発病証明書の提出義務付けが開始されました。
申請される方は、あらかじめ必要書類を御準備の上、システム上に添付し提出していただくようお願いします。

As of June 23, 2025, submission of a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate became mandatory when applying for a Certificate of Eligibility to the Philippines and Nepal. If you are planning to apply, please ensure to prepare all required documents in advance and submit them by attaching a file online.
